2009 Allure

Narmada’s 2009 Allure is a port style fortified wine made with Narmada’s estate-grown Chambourcin grape, aged in bourbon barrels.

It is a fruit forward wine (Cherry-Cranberry) and was created with 80% 2009 Chambourcin, 10% 2009 Tannat and 10% Carbernet Sauvignon.

This wine has great texture and complexity along with great tannins.

Suggested pairing: stilton or other sharp cheese.

18% Alcohol, 3.86pH, 6.55TA, 9% RS
