Narmada’s 2010 Midnight wine is 100% Chambourcin aged in stainless steel tanks with French oak.
It’s a smooth wine with notes of cherry, cranberry and low tannins.
Since the Brix was so high in 2010 grapes we have stopped the fermentation early to reserve the natural grape sugar in this wine.
[Alcohol 13.6%, 3.7 pH, 7.1 TA, 1.6% RS]
Suggested Food Pairings
Spicy Asian and Indian dishes, turkey, pepper jack. Makes a wonderful Sangria.
