Narmada Winery’s Melange wine is the latest vintage of our popular French style red wine, a blend of 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Tannat.

Suggested Food Pairings

A medium-bodied wine with complex flavors of cassis and blackberry and just the right amount of well-structured tannins make this an excellent pairing for a filet mignon, balsamic marinated portabellas or strong well-aged cheddar. This wine will evolve with aging of 5 years or more.
