Lotus -
Lotus is our late harvest Vidal. It is named for the lotus flower which is a symbol of elegance, purity, and grace. The grapes for Lotus are left on the vine a few weeks longer to allow the natural flavors to intensify and to increase the sugar content of each berry. Distinct aromas of apricot, peach and a hint of nectar come through clearly in the nose. With only a 7% residual sugar level, this is a light and delicious wine.
