Gulabi -
Gulabi is our Rosé wine. In the language of India, Gulabi means Rosé. Our Gulabi is steel fermented to maintain its crisp, fresh flavors and aroma. The primary grape is Merlot, with a touch of Concord added to give another layer of complexity. The nose is reminiscent of strawberries or cherries. It is done in an “off dry” style with only 1% residual sugar. Perfect for picnics, it can also be paired with barbecue, spicy Indian, Asian, or Spanish Tapas meals. Perfectly chilled, it is a very pleasing wine to sip anytime the mood strikes you.

Reflection -
This wine is 100% Chambourcin, which is a French-American
Hybrid grown on the estate here at Narmada. This one is
done in a dry style, light bodied wine that express the
red fruits of cherries and cranberries and finishes with
a little smokiness. This wine pairs with smoked salmon
or pork tenderloin.

Cabernet Franc - The
“predominant” red grape of Virginia that suits
itself well to the soil and climate of the area. This
medium bodied wine is highlighted by black cherry and
raspberry fruits and a touch of white pepper spice on
the finish. This Cabernet Franc would pair wonderfully
with grilled meats or any pasta with red sauce. |

Mélange - A
clever “left bank” blend of 60% Cabernet
Sauvignon and 40% Merlot gives this wine a true Bordeaux
feel. This heavier bodied wine with its silky and supple
tannins fills your mouth with black raspberry, cassis
and cranberry flavors and is complimented with cigar
box aromas. This wine pairs well with prime rib or a
holiday meal with all the trimmings. |

Midnight - This wine
is also 100% Chambourcin, but this wine is done in an
off-dry style. With about 1% residual sugar it really
brings forward all the fruit flavors, so strawberry,
cherry, and cranberry abound. The residual sugar also
makes this a good red alternative to spicy Indian or
Asian cuisine.
