Pets must remain outside the building and be on a leash at all times.

• Fishing in the pond will be allowed only upon permission from management.

• Absolutely no swimming.

• Vineyards and orchards are off limits unless accompanied by management.

• Our site is wheelchair accessible.

• Public access is not permitted beyond the pond and pavilion onto residence private property.
